Return / Replacement Policy
Product can be Returns within 7 Days of its purchased. (Delivery charges apply if picked by Delite Service Center)
Product can be Replace within 30 Days of its purchased. (Delivery charges apply if picked by Delite Service Center)
Products purchased in Sales Promotions / Clearance Sales cannot Returns / Replace. Such product’s components can be claimed under Warranty & Claims (if product is under warranty).
Product must be purchased through Delite Showrooms, if the product has been purchased from another business partner; the customer will have to return it via their supplier.
Product must be in its original condition (not used). Product must include all packaging material and accessories (as shipped). This includes any certificates, manuals, warranty cards, stickers or tags, etc.
Product will be inspected by our Service Center, if the product is cleared of any damages then customer will be paid the amount less delivery charges if apply.
Customer can get his money back within 10 Working days.
During product inspection if the product is not accepted for return / replace then customer will be notify the reason and product will be repack and deliver it to the customer.
